Job summary

Gables Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, combining sales, marketing, and customer experience. This role is 24–30 hours per week, including Saturdays, with competitive pay and benefits such as health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with company match.

You will build relationships through resident events, campaigns, and community service, helping achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or leasing is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Develop relationships with the community through resident events and marketing campaigns.
• Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors through timely responses.
• Help maximize revenue by improving closing ratios and occupancy goals.
