Kay Apartment Communities is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our Germantown, MD community. You will be the first contact for prospective residents and help reach occupancy goals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will manage leads, conduct apartment tours, process applications, and maintain records. Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales.
• No previous property management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Handle leads from phone, email, walk-in and follow procedures.
• Conduct apartment and community tours (value selling).
• Follow up on leads by phone and email.
• Close the sale and process applications.
• Maintain records, money handling and data entry.
