Qualifications

• Strong customer service and admin experience needed.
• Experience in customer service, sales or hospitality welcomed, plus property management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospects and answer inquiries.
• Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork.
• Request security deposits and sign leases with residents.
• Provide excellent service and assist with renewals, notices and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and follow up on work orders.
• Create a positive experience for residents at move-in.
• Post rent and address balances; manage resident activities.
