Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant for a Maplewood location in Union City, GA. The role involves showing and leasing apartments, supporting marketing plans, and maintaining the model and offices with attention to curb appeal.

Strong knowledge of lease terms, Fair Housing, and customer service is required; LIHTC experience is preferred. Typical schedule is part-time and non-exempt, with emphasis on delivering excellent resident service and contributing to occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training or equivalent.
• Fair Housing knowledge/certification must be completed within 1 day of hire; ongoing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents and supports the community's marketing plan.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show; maintain clean, orderly offices and curb appeal.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, policies, current rental rates, sizes, locations and amenities.
• Deal with resident requests and complaints in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a resident retention program under the Community Manager.
