Redstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to assist with daily leasing and administrative tasks for the community. You will support the Leasing Managers and help meet KPI goals while delivering friendly, professional service on the front desk.

The role emphasizes customer interactions, package intake, and guiding residents through tours and application processing. Prior experience in leasing or sales is preferred, with Entrata software familiarity seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed.
• This role handles package intake, answers resident questions, maintains a secure lobby, and supports tours and application processing.
• The position requires strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.
