Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for our community. You will assist residents and prospects with payments, inquiries, and documentation, helping to achieve KPI goals.

With 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Familiarity with Entrata or PM software is a plus, and a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Warm, friendly demeanor and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.).
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Work with the team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of community details to respond quickly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
