Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to assist with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations at our community. You will support the leasing team during tours and applications while delivering excellent customer service at the front desk.

The role requires 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Entrata or PM software is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed. This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing.
