The position requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent); sales background is preferred. Knowledge of MRI, Outlook, Word, and Excel is beneficial for leasing and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Background in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales/leasing funnel at the assigned community(s).
• Generate prospects through advertising, outreach and grass roots campaigns.
• Provide excellent service to new applicants through leasing documents and move-in orientation.
• Support resident relations, events and retention efforts.
• Coordinate communication with residents via phone, email, text, and app.
