Job summary

Centerspace is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the 71 France Apartments in Edina, Minnesota. You will guide leasing goals and build relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure a high level of customer service.

The position is 28 hours per week with a set schedule, base pay $18.00–$21.00 per hour, and requires a 35-minute pre-employment assessment. You will report to the Community Leader; 40% marketing & sales, 40% customer service, and 20% administrative duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in sales is preferred.
• Experience with property management software (MRI) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales/leasing funnel at the assigned community.
• Provide excellent service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Coordinate leasing documents and move-in orientation.
