Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information.
• Shows units to prospects and discusses size, layout, amenities, and lease terms.
• Follows up with prospects and maintains resident files.
• Enters data into Property Management software and monitors leasing metrics.
• Collects rent deposits and rents, handles service requests and move-ins/outs.
