Job summary

Velair Property Management is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Coordinator to support our centralized leasing team for multifamily housing. You will be a key contact for prospective residents from inquiry to application, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with 10-20 hours weekly. Hybrid work with remote options, occasional on-site visits to Velair properties.

Qualifications

• Interest in leasing, real estate, property management, or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up.
• Positive, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset.
• Part-time position averaging 10 to 20 hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling across three to five business days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Provide information on community pricing, availability, amenities, and requirements.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and responsive customer experience.
• Assist with navigating online applications.
• Schedule property tours and coordinate details with onsite teams.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage application completion.
• Move prospects through the leasing process and support occupancy goals.
• Use leasing, CRM, property management, and AI-assisted platforms.
• Participate in training and development.
