Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Preference for experience in leasing or property management.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in and ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain unit availability and calendars.
