Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals. You will show and lease units, guide move-ins, and support marketing efforts to keep occupancy high.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset, with a schedule that includes Mondays through Saturdays and potential for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus (e.g., Fair Housing knowledge).
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist with market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and guide residents through move-in.
