Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Normal, IL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.

You will show, lease, and welcome residents; assist with market surveys and marketing to maintain occupancy; manage applications, move-ins, and resident communications, with nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and guide residents through move-in.
