Responsibilities

1. Build relationships with potential residents through calls, digital platforms, emails, and property tours.
2. Innovate ways to increase traffic and leasing, representing the community positively.
3. Track lead sources and report on effective trends.
4. Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for showings and move-ins.
5. Perform background checks, reference verifications, and income assessments for prospects.
6. Guide residents through lease terms, security deposits, move-in specials, and related procedures.
7. Listen effectively to residents and prospects to offer helpful solutions.
8. Perform any other assigned projects.
