Join to apply for the Account Development Manager role at PPG.

As an Account Development Manager, you will grow new sales through assigned PPC Paints stores, expanding existing business and developing new accounts.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work remotely or on the field based in the Killeen, TX area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and provide outstanding customer service to existing and new accounts within your territory.
• Keep clients informed about current promotions, new products, and customer service practices to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop account planning strategies, identify sales opportunities, and understand existing business segments.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, maintain call logs, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with store managers and employees to meet customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, preferably outside sales with a hunter's mentality.
• CRM software experience preferred; coatings experience is a plus.
• Daily travel within the assigned territory; valid driver's license required.
