Job summary

Bryn Mawr Apartments is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant in Pittsburgh to help lease and market our community. You will greet prospective residents, present floorplans and amenities, and guide applicants through the leasing process from application to signature.

Responsibilities include online outreach, updating marketing materials, coordinating with management, handling service requests, and ensuring fair housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in leasing or sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide information on floorplans, availability, and amenities.
• Obtain prospective leads and follow up per company standards.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to lease signing.
• Support online marketing and promotions for the community.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, vacancies, and lease expirations.
• Coordinate with management on maintenance and service requests.
