• Familiar with the leasing process from application to lease signing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company rules and regulations.
• Assist with promotions, advertisements, and other marketing efforts.
• Assist with upkeep of curb appeal and community appearance.
• Enter service requests and coordinate with maintenance if needed.
