Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with customer service items and general office upkeep.
• Show model units and tour prospective residents; assist leasing and renewals.
• Support Community Manager and Leasing Manager as directed.
• Conduct marketing outreach on campus or with local businesses.
• Maintain lease files, process applications, and schedule move-ins.
• Collect traffic data and help with turn-key prep and after-hours support.
