Qualifications

• Degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university.
• Strong customer service and leasing skills are beneficial.
• Active enrollment is required for the duration of the position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours, answer calls, and process inquiries.
• Enter resident information into Salesforce accurately.
• Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media initiatives and other events.
• Work on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community.
