Core Spaces seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive the lease-up of the Oxenfree community, achieving monthly leasing and move-in goals while elevating the on-site prospect experience.

You will collaborate with operations, revenue optimization, sales, marketing, and training teams to align marketing efforts with business goals; perform day-to-day sales in the leasing office and participate in go-to-market events to promote the brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing, real estate development, or property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and Windows or Apple OS.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals and drive successful lease-up of the Oxenfree community.
• Collaborate with operations, revenue optimization, sales, marketing, and training to align marketing with business goals.
• Monitor leasing trends and coordinate with rev ops and sales to determine strategies.
• Provide insights to guide marketing strategies with strategy and research teams.
• Execute the leasing process in collaboration with the Community Manager.
• Support go-to-market efforts and cultivate strategic partnerships for brand awareness.
