Job summary

Sunrise Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a 200+ unit property. You will oversee all maintenance, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure timely, quality repairs and preventive work.

The role pays $25.00–$26.00 per hour DOE and is part-time with no company benefits. Candidates should have 3+ years in property maintenance, a technical certificate or related training, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Certificate from college/technical school or two years of related training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and coordinate staff.
• Prioritize work orders and manage preventive maintenance.
• Control expenses and report to the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE.
• Maintain facility appearance and curb appeal.
