Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a North and Line property. Lead the maintenance team to preserve property integrity and safety, while coordinating make-ready tasks and ensuring timely work orders.

Competitive compensation ($35–$37/hour) plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401k, and life/disability insurance, is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel are required.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
