Valet Living is seeking a Part-Time Lead Field Service Technician in San Diego to maintain service quality, safety, and operational excellence across assigned multifamily communities. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Own reliable open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of towing an open trailer.
• Smartphone with data plan; willingness to receive SMS throughout pre-employment and employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service work while maintaining safety, cleanliness, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational support in emerging, remote, and developing markets.
• Step in for Field Service Leaders during absences and support assigned service areas and field teams.
• Coordinate same-day service coverage and route assignments to address call-offs and changing priorities.
• Onboard, train, and coach technicians and reinforce standard work practices.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate service execution and safety, report issues promptly.
• Identify trends and propose improvements for consistency and market growth.
• Travel throughout the market and occasional longer trips as needed.
