Job summary

Valet Living in California is seeking a Part-Time Lead Field Service Technician to support high-quality service across multifamily communities. You will bridge field work and leadership support, coaching technicians, and ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

You will perform field service, help coordinate coverage, onboard and mentor technicians, and participate in audits and improvements. Expect 20–30 hours weekly, $22 per hour, and mileage reimbursements as part of our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of towing an open utility trailer that meets company requirements.
• Smartphone with data plan required to access company applications and communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service work while maintaining safety, cleanliness, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational support in emerging, remote, and developing markets.
• Step in for Field Service Leaders during absences and support assigned service areas and field teams.
• Coordinate same-day service coverage and route assignments to address call-offs, service gaps, and changing priorities.
• Onboard, train, and coach technicians while supporting ongoing development and reinforcing standard work practices.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate service execution, safety practices, and route performance.
• Identify service and operational trends and recommend improvements that support market growth.
