Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a Part-Time Lead Field Service Technician to maintain service quality, safety, and operations across assigned multifamily communities. You will mentor technicians, support field leadership, and ensure day-to-day coverage and client satisfaction while actively performing field tasks.

The role offers about 20–30 hours per week, with a focus on developing leadership skills and advancing toward Field Service Leader opportunities in growing markets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
• Comfort with using mobile apps and technology for work
• readiness to travel within the market and occasional outside area

Responsibilities

• Perform field service work while upholding safety and quality standards
• Provide operational support in emerging markets and assist leaders
• Step in for Field Service Leaders during absences
• Coordinate same-day service coverage and route assignments
• Onboard, train, and coach technicians
• Conduct safety audits and coordinate corrective actions
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements
• Build positive relationships with technicians, leaders, and clients
• Report safety hazards and operational issues promptly
• Support market launches and community events
