Job summary

Santa Rosa Junior College is establishing a pool for associate faculty assignments in World Languages. Appointments may be temporary, part-time and/or on-call, and may be immediate or as needed. The Sonoma County Junior College District does not offer remote-only assignments.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in French or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching at the college level and ability to offer instruction in a diverse student population.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent instruction and faculty support to students across various formats (evening, weekend, online or hybrid).
• Offer academic assistance during scheduled office hours.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and promote inclusive teaching practices.
