Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners, LLC is seeking a Seasonal F&B Dishwasher for Brian Head Resort, UT, starting November 2026 through April 2027. The role supports the kitchen by keeping dishes clean, organized, and ready for service on busy winter days.

You’ll work nights and weekends in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met, while helping staff during peak times and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Understands basic kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Has or can obtain a current Food Handlers Permit.
• Can work nights, weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours.
• Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Wash and restock dishes, pans, and utensils throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area.
• Follow kitchen safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Help kitchen staff keep operations moving during peak service.
• Other duties as assigned.
