Job summary

Snowbasin Resort in Utah is seeking a part-time Cook to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prep, cook, and serve guests, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to meet daily kitchen needs.

The role requires English communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible hours including weekends/holidays, and adherence to sanitation standards. Experience with various allergens is helpful; on-site shifts may vary 5am–2am.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying environments.
• Flexible hours, including weekends/holidays; 5am–2am shifts.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, cooking, and serving guests in a working kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes and station guides.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per state/federal health codes.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef; support BOH team.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and assist with assigned duties.
