Job summary

Ski Utah is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support the Food & Beverage team and Kitchen operations. You will work closely with Chefs to ensure clean wares and organized dish areas, while maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Care for china, glassware, flatware, kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ensure proper sanitation and organization of dishwashing area.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of dish area, racks and stations.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health codes.
• Support kitchen staff and other departments as needed.
