Job summary

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to read documents and follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a hot, humid, fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and maintain its proper functioning.
