Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, and SOPs.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes).
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.

Responsibilities
