Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and stock all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Properly store and refill clean dishes and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and wipe walls, ceilings, and hoods per schedule.
• Deep-clean high-use appliances as needed (stoves, ovens, grills, freezers, refrigerators).
• Collect, sort, and remove trash; manage recyclables and compostables.
