Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence/memos; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization according to sanitation standards.
• Operate dish machine and assist the Sous Chef with duties.
• Follow 5S principles and keep daily management boards updated.
• Be punctual, uphold hospitality values and reflect company core values of Fun, Family and Community.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
