Job summary

Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking a Steward to support the Food and Beverage team by handling daily kitchen sanitation, dishwashing, and event support. You will ensure cleanliness of floors, mats, equipment, and delivery areas, while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong teamwork to deliver a clucktastic guest experience and smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dishwashing experience preferred; 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors, mats, kitchen, and equipment.
• Practice and follow safety procedures and Safety Data Sheet guidelines.
• Report any broken or faulty items to the Supervisor.
• Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes.
• Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean; manage mats in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash.
• Support catering and events as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues with kitchen equipment.
• Sanitize and maintain general kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist Prep Cooks as necessary.
• Deep clean stoves and other appliances.
• Stock supplies and assist with deliveries when required.
