Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Dishwashing experience preferred (1+ year).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices/machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas, floors, mats, and equipment.
• Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes.
• Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean; manage mats.
• Support catering and events as needed.
• Identify and report faulty items and equipment.
• Sanitize and maintain general kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist Prep Cooks and deep-clean stoves and appliances.
