Job summary

Bordertown / Indigo Sky Casinos is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in our food and beverage operations. You will support kitchen and service teams by ensuring all equipment, utensils, and work areas meet strict hygiene standards.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior hospitality or kitchen operations experience preferred.
• Be able to obtain/maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and cooking tools.
• Monitor and replenish stock of supplies such as napkins and condiments.
• Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Set up and break down areas for service or events.
