Job summary

Panorama is seeking a part-time dishwasher in the Food Services department in Lacey, WA. The role works about 24 hours per week and involves dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning, with some basic food preparation duties.

Candidates should be able to follow verbal instructions in English, have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's card, and be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal instructions in English.
• Previous experience preferred but not required. Will train on the job.
• Fundamental understanding of sanitation.
• Food Handler's card required.
• Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Scheduling flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and pots.
• Operate dishwashing equipment.
• Distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empty trash containers as required.
• Maintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Follow safety regulations; report injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices to the supervisor.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
