Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and maintains safety and sanitation standards.
