Job summary

Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing and utility areas. You will sanitize china, glassware, silver, pots, pans, and utensils used in the restaurant, and prepare the dish area for operation.

The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the wait staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the dish washing/utility area and sanitizes all china, glassware, silver, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Organizes and prepares the dish machine and area for operation.
• Distributes cleaned items to the proper storage area.
• Performs closing duties and keeps work areas clean and sanitary.
• Works as a team with the wait staff and supports restaurant operations.
