Responsibilities

• Under supervision, washes dishes and cleans equipment, floors and sanitation areas.
• Sets up dishmachine for service and cleans dishes, sorts silverware and glasses.
• Keeps pots and pans clean with proper chemicals and processes, and tidies storerooms and coolers.
• Removes kitchen garbage and handles recycling as assigned.
• Assists manager and cooks on cleaning projects as needed.
• Follows department dress code and hygiene requirements.
