Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience Expo High Volume (Prior Server or Food Runner Experience will be accepted in lieu at Hiring manager discretion)
• Basic Food and Safety Knowledge (Entry Level Test will be administered)

Responsibilities

• Memorize all Floor and Seating Charts of the Venue
• Job duties include but are not limited to setting up server stations for efficiency
• Ensuring kitchen orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, and directing service staff for proper execution
• Stocking of All Plate and Flatware for Kitchen Service
• Setting up and Break down of food and Cleaning of Expo area
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team is required
• Working hand in hand with our culinary team
• Must learn Menu and dietary restrictions in preparations of each dish
• Able to Perform in a high stress environment
