Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Can lift objects up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitchen pass and runners during service.
• Support kitchen and service teams with quality and timing.
• Track timing on all tickets and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, efficient station.
• Listen and communicate clearly with team members.
• Support training of new team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
