A Jersey Shore Restaurant is seeking an Expeditor to act as a liaison between kitchen and service teams. Ideal candidates should have over a year of experience in high-stress, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include maintaining quality service, supporting team communication, and ensuring timely delivery of food to guests. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. A commitment to working flexible hours is essential. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Can lift objects up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the kitchen pass and runners during service.
• Support kitchen and service teams with quality and timing.
• Track timing on all tickets and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, efficient station.
• Listen and communicate clearly with team members.
• Support training of new team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
