Qualifications

• Professional dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Maintain sanitary and organized dish area.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and equipment.
• Sort, stack, and store clean wares.
• Assist BOH management with duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room and comply with health standards.
