Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with class execution to drive repeat visits and positive feedback.
• Deliver class revenue goals by ensuring high enrollment and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setup/cleanup of classes, organize mise en place, prep ingredients and maintain clean workstations.
