Job summary

US LBM Holdings' Zeeland Lumber & Supply division is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Inside Sales Representative in Ada, MI. You will assist with new and existing customer sales, provide product support to outside sales, and prepare quotes and dimension information both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, generating orders, coordinating with customers and outside sales, managing stock levels, processing returns, and building strong customer relationships to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the building material industry preferred.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and deliveries.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, credit returns, return authorizations, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and obtain pricing spec information.
• Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Check back orders and resolve issues; assist with billing problems.
• Handle special orders and pricing; assist with price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
