Job summary

theCut in Tysons, VA is hiring a part-time Fulfillment Associate to assemble mailing items and ship kits on a consistent weekly schedule. You will come into the office twice a week, assemble kits, label them, and drop them at the post office. All materials are supplied; you provide reliability and attention to detail.

This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor kit inventory, keep the workspace organized, and communicate any issues early.

Qualifications

• Must be available on-site 2x per week (Thu & Fri).
• Must have access to a reliable car for post office trips.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes of kit materials.
• Attention to detail with labeling and inventory.
• Ability to work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble welcome kits and fill envelopes with items.
• Apply mailing labels and verify recipients.
• Track kit materials and flag low supplies.
• Transport kits to the post office for drop-off.
• Ensure weekly batch is complete and shipped on schedule.
• Keep the assembly area organized and stocked.
