Job summary

theCut in Tysons, VA is hiring a part-time Fulfillment Associate to assemble mailing items and ship kits on a consistent weekly schedule. You will come into the office twice a week, assemble kits, label them, and drop them at the post office. All materials are supplied; you provide reliability and attention to detail.

This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor kit inventory, keep the workspace organized, and communicate any issues early.

Qualifications

We want their first interaction with us to be a memorable one. We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate to make sure that experience goes right, every single time.

The Role

We're looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join theCut on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for assembling mailing items and getting them shipped on a consistent weekly schedule.

You'll come into the office twice a week, assemble kits from materials we provide, label them, and drop the completed kits off at the post office. Everything you need is supplied. You bring reliability and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. It's straightforward work, but it has to be done accurately and on time. A kit sent to the wrong address is a barber who thinks we forgot about them.

What You'll Do

• Assemble welcome kits by filling envelopes with a set list of items
• Apply mailing labels and verify each kit matches the correct recipient
• Track inventory of kit materials and flag when supplies are running low
• Transport completed kits to the post office for drop-off
• Confirm each week's batch is complete and shipped on schedule
• Keep the kit assembly area organized and stocked

• Detail-oriented. Labels, counts, and contents have to be right
• Dependable and consistent; this runs on a weekly cadence
• Able to work independently once shown the process
