Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
• 1-2 years of applicable experience planning and leading recreation activities.
• Successful passing of a required background check.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of children in the drop-in Kids Zone.
• Plan, organize, and lead activities (arts/crafts, science, sports, games, storytelling).
• Engage actively with children and families to promote participation.
• Teach teamwork and social skills; ensure a positive, safe experience for all.
• Work with parents/guardians to share information about activities and events.
• Maintain clean, safe equipment and spaces; attend staff meetings and trainings.
