Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, working toward positive resolutions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a friendly, supportive work environment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store at all times.
• Restock shelves, straighten displays, and follow visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure store presentation reflects Malley's brand and product excellence.
• Learn and demonstrate a strong understanding of Malley's products and current promotions.
• Provide informed recommendations and personalized service to customers.
• Follow all store procedures and uphold operational policies consistently.
• Support the Assistant and Store Manager in reinforcing policies and maintaining compliance among team members.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Stay engaged and focused during scheduled shifts, bringing a positive and dependable attitude.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to highlight featured products, seasonal specials, and Founders Favorites.
• Deliver personalized service that encourages additional purchases and return visits.
• Understand how individual performance supports store success.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately to help meet store objectives.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them with minimal supervision.
• Seek out opportunities to support the team during busy times.
• Address minor issues independently and elevate when needed.
• Learn and assist with select manager-level responsibilities when appropriate (e.g., inventory checks, ordering, scheduling support).
• Assist with opening and closing the store, following checklists and securing the premises as directed by management.
• Embrace feedback and use it to improve performance.
• Stay open to learning new procedures, systems, and products.
• Adapt quickly to changes in store priorities, schedules, or customer needs.
• Participate actively in training sessions and apply new knowledge effectively.
